BIG Questions  6th Grade

We are using a new book this year. We move from Richmond High Achievers to OXFORD Big Questions.

There are going to be some changes in the contents of the book, more modern and updated, but also with more complex Grammar requirements. For that reason, it is very important that we review important concepts from previous years.

Este año usamos un nuevo método para el área de inglés. Pasamos de Richmond High Achievers a usar Big Questions, de OXFORD.

Vamos a notar importantes cambios en el contenido del libro, más moderno y actualizado, pero también con un mayor grado de complejidad, especialmente en lo qu ese refiere a Gramática. Por eso es importante que repasemos bien también las principales estructuras vistas en cursos anteriores

This is the syllabus included in the book and how we will distribute it in three terms:

We will try to accommodate it to our needs throughout the school year. 

We will combine the work in the book with the preparation of the external evaluations at the end of the year.

Intentaremos adaptarnos ajustándolo a las necesidades que vayan surgiendo a lo largo del curso.

Combinaremos el uso del libro con la preparación de las pruebas externas que (previsiblemente, aunque no se sabe nada concreto, de momento) realizan los alumnos al acabar sexto de primaria.
