NATURAL SCIENCE 6th Grade
The syllabus is divided in six units.

As you can see, the first three units refer to the three vital functions we studied last year for all living things. This year we will focus in how the human body carries out these three functions: interaction, nutrition and reproduction.
The rest three units refer to other aspects of science: physics and technology.
I am planning to develop one basic function every term, together with another unit.
Since last year we ended up studying electricity, I think it makes sense to start this year with unit 5. Electricity and Magnetism.
Como se puede ver, las tres primeras unidades hacen referencia a las tres funciones básicas que estudiamos el curso pasado con relación a todos los seres vivos. Este año nos centramos en cómo el cuerpo humano lleva a cabo las funciones de interacción, reproducción y nutrición.
Las otras tres unidades se refieren a otros aspectos de la ciencia (Física) y tecnología.
Me propongo desarrollar una función vital en cada trimestre, junto con otra de las unidades.
Dado que el último tema que vimos en quinto fue el de Electricidad, considero razonable que empecemos este curso repasando algunos conceptos sobre energía y electricidad y desarrollando primeo la unidad 5 del libro que se refiere a Electricidad y magnetismo.
